Butcher Block Food Preperation Tops and Tables
Butcher Block has it's root in the food service industry. When Michigan Maple Block Co. introduced the "butcher block" back in 1881 it was immeadiately a success in the industry. For many years it was a major portion of the sales of the Wood Welded Companies. Today that is still true but the product line available has expanded significantly. Today Prep Tables, dining tables, carving boards and cutting boards all very important lines for our company. You will not find a better food service top on the market today.
The 1 3/4" G Style Block
Here are the Standard sizes for the food service tops. These tops are great for bakeries, restaurants and kitchens everywhere and are NFS Certified. The tops are 1 /34" thick and feature a 3/16" radius top and bottom edge. The corners are square.

The 3" G Styled Top
The 3" thick G styled top is a version of our 1 3/4" thick top but is for those situations where added strength and mass is required. We use Northern Hard Maple for its strength. The 3" top has a square top and bottom edge. This top is NSF Certified. Custom sizes are available upon request.

Style T Table
The Style T Table features a Wood Welded Maple Butcher Block top that is 1 3/4" thick. The top edge and corners of the top have a 3/16" radius for comfort. The top is NSF certified and is manufactured of Northern Hard Maple. The top comes standard with a UV cured Satin Finish
The base consists of a18 gauge 300 series stainless steel undershelf with #4 satin finish. The legs are 1 5/8" tubular 16 gauge 300 Series with #4 satin finished stainless steel. It attaches to the top through a stainless steel leg socket. The bottom of each leg features an A10 series adjustable foot with 1" of threaded travel.
The stringers are 1 1/4" tubular 16 gauge 304 Series 180 grit polished stainless steel.
The brackets are prefinished die cast aluminum.
The base is assembled using a provided Allen Wrench.

Style F Table
The F Style Table is uses the same great Wood Welded top as the T Table. The F Table however features a "Bin Stop" leg configuration. This allows for bin storage below the table. The top is NSF certified and is manufactured of Northern Hard Maple. The top comes standard with a UV cured Satin Finish. The edge profile on these tables is 3/16" top and botoom.
The legs are 1 5/8" tubular 16 gauge 300 Series with #4 satin finished stainless steel. It attaches to the top through a stainless steel leg socket. The bottom of each leg features an A10 series adjustable foot with 1" of threaded travel.
