Butcher Block Cove Edge Bakery Tops and Tables

Butcher Block tops from Michigan Maple Block Co. have always been food safe and certified by NSF International. They always will be becuase the product is tried and true. The Cove Edged Bakery top was specifically designed to meet the rigid standards set out by NSF. There are no 90 degree inside corners so no place food particles can hide making this top extremely easy to maintain.

This is a top only configuration. Often or customers either have a base or have a good local source for the stainless base unit. In these cases we are happy to suppy only the top. Here are some standard sizes. For those unique situations we also offer custom sizes. Please contact us with your specifications.

The Cove Edged Bakers top Is solid Northern Hard Maple Butcher Block and features a standard cornerless design. This feature satisfies the NSF requirement of no 90 degree inside corners where food matter could get trapped and be difficult to clean. The standard 4" x 1" surround keeps flour and dough where it belongs. The smooth and flat work surface gives you plenty of room to work pastries, roll out dough or break off loaves. The tops are 1 3/4" thick. and are finished with and NSF certified oil finish. We also have made cove edge tables with tops thicker than 1 3/4 for those situations were heavy use is anticipated.

The "TC" Style Table

The Cove Edged Bakers table Is solid Northern Hard Maple Butcher Block and features a standard cornerless design. This feature satisfies the NSF requirement of no 90 degree inside corners where food matter could get trapped and be difficult to clean. The standard 4" x 1" surround keeps flour and dough where it belongs. The smooth and flat work surface gives you plenty of room to work pastries, roll out dough or break off loaves. The tops are 1 3/4" thick. and are finished with and NSF certified oil finish. We also have made cove egde tables with tops thicker than 1 3/4 for those situations were heavy use is anticipated.

The base consists of a18 gauge 300 series stainless steel undershelf with #4 satin finish. The legs are 1 5/8" tubular 16 gauge 300 Series with #4 satin finished stainless steel. It attaches to the top through a stainless steel leg socket. The bottom of each leg features an A10 series adjustable foot with 1" of threaded travel.

The stringers are 1 1/4" tubular 16 gauge 304 Series 180 grit polished stainless steel.

The brackets are prefinished die cast aluminum.

The base is assembled using a provided Allen Wrench.

The FC Styled Table is the smae great top and the TC Styled Table but offers you the Bin Stop Leg configuration.which allows for ingredient storage in bin beneath the table.
